In her practice she moves in very subtle dimensions, so she needs to sound in native language, in Czech, she can be connected with the Essence of speech, mind and body through it. By this she provides the sound tuning of speech to consonance with the healing vibrations of LIFE – to the coherence of the HEART.

– 1968 she courageously and consciously, on the basis of a promise of COMPASSION, incarnated to the Czechoslovak nation, that was just experiencing the political peak of communist totalitarian ideology. She grew up in a “secret” connection with the teaching of Advaita Vedanta – teaching of Ramana Maharshi, the sage of Arunachala. She joined this teaching publicly after the revolution in 1989 and thanks to Czech „sages“ Tomáš married couple and J. Vacek she received the Atmaviczara practice (Who am I?) . After long-term practice, since 2008, she already has personally guided and taught these meditation practices.
– 1980 and 2014 she consciously went through a near death experience to rebirth. These experiences shape also her entire professional life.
– She is in connection also with other Masters of Nonduality (Mysticism, Kundalini Mahajoga and Dzogchen).
– She connects old teachings with body, movement, sound and translates them into a language of new age.
– She resonates with the discoveries of epigenetics and quantum physics.
– Founder of the project „Light of the Women®“ (Světlo Ženy®), guide of women’s circles for experiencing of conscious Presence in feminine aspect of the Universe (16 years)-
– Implementer of a research project focused on conscious conception and prenatal development “Heart of the womb – Freedom of the penis” (9 years).
– In 2020, she founded a society-wide philanthropic online project “Breathing Together”, which she is now fully dedicated to.
– Traveller – pilgrim, bridges creator.
She ritually visits places, where she is led, and she transforms multidimensional traumas (Israel, Jordan, Egypt, France, England, Germany, Austria, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Slovakia, India, Tibet, Bhutan, Thailand, Bali, USA).

Her passion is guiding “beyond” the mind level, conscious communication. De-tabooing and cultivating of sacred sexuality. Ritual work with historical traumas.

Sofie S. and constellations:
23 years she has studied and also facilitated systemic constellations in the line of Bert Hellinger, Bhagat J. Zeilhofer.
15 years trainer and supervisor

– 2005 – 2006 she completed “TRAINIG IN FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS AND SOUL MOVEMENTS” (Bhagat J. Zeilhofer)
– 2009 – co-founder of “Training Systemic Constellations and Spiritual Inteligence”.
Connection with the Advaita Vedanta line “enabled” creation of this training. In the method of systemic constellations she revealed the path of untangle karmic “knots” and ignited a passion for this way of “return to Unrestraint and Liberation – to the Order of Love”, for this “quantum view” of reality.
Resting in the “Emptiness”, the position of Observer – Witness and “inner movements” she helped to reveal as connection between the systemic-phenomenological approach (constellations), Advaita and Mysticism (Bert Hellinger – Mystic).
In 2013, during a personal meeting with Bert Hellinger, she was led to receive from him a Blessing for this work by physical touch.
– 2008 – 2020 actively participates in “research” in the field of constellation work with trauma. From the position of the Dakini dimension (Dzogchen), thanks to her own experience with the body and trauma, she looks at the experiences of leading therapists working with traumas (Viktor E. Frankl, Peter A. Levine, Franz Ruppert, Bhagat J. Zeilhofer, Etienne Peirsman). She experiences everything from a nondual perspective, from Life in a woman’s body.
– 2013 initiator and implementer of the postgraduate “TRAINING SPIRITUALITY AND TRAUMA – TRAUMA CONSTELATIONS”, she brought a view of trauma as a spiritual experience.
– 2008 – 2012 she completed NLP Practitioner, NLP Master, DVNLP (Bhagat J. Zeilhofer)
– 2013 – 2014 she completed Hypno – systemic coaching training (Bhagat J. Zeilhofer)
– She teaches uncompromisingly about value and respect for the LINES of Masters and teachers, for the LINES of ancestors.
– She emphasizes the presence of guides and protectors of human Beings in systemic – phenomenological work, in rituals, meditations.
– She presents the systemic – phenomenological methodology also as a pedagogical tool (also in guiding of meditation practices).
In the Czech Republic she actively participates in most conferences of systemic constellations, which were also held with the participation of foreign lecturers.

Currently she operates at the level of systemic RITUALS.
In connection with the dimension of “ancestors from the Stars” – Star Shaman.
She perceives the coherence of the HEART in connection with the “Dakini speech” dimension (Dzogchen).
She is fully dedicated to her society-wide supporting philanthropic online project “Breathing Together”.

Initiating systemic ritual

Currently to the actual global situation:
What effect does the coherence of the Heart on system, on relationships, on health? Either Life – Heart moves us healthily or what we call “our traumas” or even “traumas of our ancestors”. How to be in contact with healthy movement, how to distinguish it from movements that lead to survival, illness or death?

Even in the online connection, we can touch and connect with the part that activates the integration of the dissociated parts. We will meet together and experience the healing picture of trauma. This introduction of Consciousness into our parts will bring a healing movement to the whole system (ancestry, nation, continent, race, planet).

It’s not about how large movement happens, it’s about how we open ourselves to the coherence of the Heart, how we open up to the source of our full potential, how we connect with the healing picture.
