Interview, Connection, Responsibility and the Empowerment of the Client.
As we are always looking for effectiveness on constellation work, we created and developed new ways of interventions and innovative approaches to add new skills to facilitators work.
Despite of this, we verify that a good result of a constellation is not directly depending on the quality of the constellation or the facilitator skills, but it is about the client strength and will to make the necessary changes.
That is why I use to say that I do not believe on constellations, I do believe on the client:
THE CONSTELLATION DOES NOT HAPPEN IN FRONT OF US, IT HAPPENS INSIDE OF THE CLIENT.
The real constellation is what he sees, feels, and integrate, how he can have a new perception, a real change, and a good result. Nobody can go inside the client to understand what is happening within the client.
In all constellations there are two phenomena: one is what the representatives are feeling and reporting, and another one, quite different and we that often forget, it is what the client is really feeling, seeing, and perceiving.
We will discuss these different views, and, in addition, we will make an experiment for all participants, so each one can have their own experience and take their own conclusions.
Also, we plan to give some clues about the interview, connection and how to give responsibility to the client with real cases of the participants, explaining our interventions. We will focus mainly on organizational issues that are the expertise of the facilitator, although, all technics presented can be applied in all type of constellations, as well as, online, with excellent results.
